I highly recommend Shutters4York - it has been an extremely smooth process from my initial enquiry in October to the fitting today (early January - delayed by our Christmas break away). Mark and Margaret were always very helpful at the office, Bobby did a great job measuring up and helping me with the various options available, and Ian and Gary were a pleasure to have working in the house and have done a fantastic job of fitting them. The shutters are beautiful - and it was great to be able to have plenty of options as to the colour, the slat width and a split tilt mechanism tailored for each window.

Very impressive service. Quick reply, quotation,delivery and installation. Went out of their way to fix an old shutter which was not installed by them. Can't rate them enough and would definitely recommend.

Amazing from start to finish. They were the most knowledgeable of all companies we had in to look at fitting shutters in our bay window. Understood what we wanted, advised where necessary and did everything to make it happen. It was the most adorable of all companies too. The fitting was a day early which was great and they were very clean, took their shoes off, cleaned up after themselves and explain the mechanics of the shutters should we have any issues. Couldn't fault them - would recommended without a doubt.

Our property was treated with respect, installation went smoothly and rounded up with full explanation of work done and how to operate new shutters. Pleased with finished look.

I have been very pleased with the process from start to finish. Bobby, Mark and Darran were helpful every step of the way. Beautifully made and installed hardwood shutters. Price was competitive given the market. The wait was well worth it. I won’t hesitate to recommend them and now to save more money so that I could order more!

Just had shutters fitted by Ian & Gary from Shutters 4 York. So pleased with the finish. They look absolutely amazing. The guys were so polite and friendly, even the dog took a liking to them quickly. Clean and tidy, prepped the area with dust sheets. Thanked us for clearing the furniture from the bay window and making their job that bit easier. Finished promptly and gave us a full explanation of the workings and what we can expect from the aftercare. The whole service from Darren coming to measure up to discussing the service with Mark was brilliant. Great team. Great product. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much.

Great shutters. Good quality, lovely quick clean tidy fitters, keen pricing ….. But took nearly 5 months to arrive so if you want them by Christmas I’d order them now.

A fantastic product and great service.Only downside was the wait for the product to arrive as they are built overseas.However they fit perfectly and have a great warranty for peace of mind.

We are really happy with the result! It was worthy the wait (as it is the case for so specially made shutters). The team was really cordial and professional since start and arranged appointments with time in advance and were always very punctual. Definitively recommended.

The staff have been very polite and courteous from start to finish. The fitters were very clean and tidy and gave clear instructions once finished. They even left some spare parts in case of damage. I am very pleased with the finished product and look great at my windows.

From initial consultation through to the final fit Shutters 4 York have been fantastic.We opted for 3 bay windows to be fitted with wooden Venetian taped blinds, and we're over the moon with the fit & quality.The blinds were competitively priced, and the Shutters 4 York team were incredibly friendly & cooperative.
